A Troop permission form is required for any extra activities

Local Tour permit MUST completed by the organizer of any event involving travel within 500 miles

National Tour permit MUST be completed by the organizer of any event outside 500 miles one-way travel

Class 1 & 2 Medical form for scouts and adults under 40 (does not include Philmont and class 3 adventure)

Class 3 medical form for adults over 40 and class 3 adventure

Medication Permission form is required for any medication to be given to scouts during camp
