        Great for a 5 mile hike. Frisbee, patrol cooking contest, lashing- knots, lots of fun.
        Meet at Church Saturday morning 9 am.

Mon June 15 Final Troop Meeting; Cass Park; Barbecue; Court of Honor
We hope families can attend to reflect on our great year. Hear plans for
Camp Barton and 50th Anniversary next fall.
We will recognize all of the scouts who have advanced this spring.

        6 pm - Dinner at Cass Park (first left into Cass park- go past the turtle to Pavilion)
                Families bring their own meat to grill
                        plus own silverware
                        plus desert or salad to share
                Troop supplies charcoal and water to drink and kool aid
Families can bring other drinks if they want.

        7 pm Troop Court of Honor
Spring awards and recognitions

        Troop 2 Store will be available
                Troop T-shirts on sale for $5.50 each.  Great for Camp Barton.
                Troop 2 Neckerchiefs $7 (replacements)
                Merit badge sashes available


July 5-11 CAMP BARTON !!!  Mark Tate, Robin Stedinger and Jery Stedinger should be there all week. We will occupy Onondaga and Mohawk sites. 28 scouts are signed up. We will have a great week.

>On Monday, June 22nd from 7 - 9 pm we will have an adult leader planning and orientation meeting for all adults attending Barton, including Troop youth projection training.

Florida Sea Base  We now have 8 with adults Jery Stedinger and Mike Thompson. Scouts: DC Danko, Istv? Burbank, Mike Fontana,  Ian Thompson, Matt Mallard from Tr 12 and Bryce Ness from Troop 13. 

National Leadership Training Conference: B-P Council - Oct 2-4 and Oct 9-12, 2009
Scouts who will be 13+ years of age and first class  are invited to participate in this outstanding leadership event.  DC and Kenny Lampke took this course recently. Excellent for scouts who plan to be patrol leaders or to assume troop leadership roles. And lots of fun. Troop is willing to split the cost with scout leaders willing to make this investment.

2010 BSA National Jamboree: Scott Mosher is going as  1st Asst. Scoutmaster. Scott, Mikel and Geoffrey a re currently planning on attending. July 26 - August - Fort AP Hill, Virginia. Celebrate 100 years of scouting!
