Sam Brock Eagle project

Sam would like to thank everyone for their help last weekend in making the storeroom project at FCC such a success. It was great to see so many pitch in and be prepared to work so well. Thanks again from Sam and family.

Wreath Collection

Mark Ladd has the holiday wreaths for you to collect and pass on to your customers, please arrange collection from 107 Treva Ave (see attached map) either Wednesday, November 14 or Thursday, November 15. It is important to get the wreaths delivered as quickly as possible as they are organic and can dry out if left too long. Monies collected need to be with Mark by December 3 at the latest. For more information or to make arrangements call Mark Ladd, 272-6429

Popcorn collection

Your popcorn orders will be available for collection at the weekend, Saturday 17 from 9am to 7pm and Sunday from 12 noon until 5pm. If you can, please call 257-8776 before coming so that your order can be ready for collection. All monies need to be in to Tony Brock by Monday December 3rd. As it looks like we have snow on the way it would be great if you could collect your order ASAP, not only do I get my garage back but it makes delivery of the popcorn easier if the ground is clear. If you have any questions, please contact Tony Brock tbrock@virtualcash.biz or call 257-8776.

Rochester Day Trip

Our annual day out for "light action" and some educational fun is set for Saturday, December 1st. After 2 games of light action we will head for the Strasenburgh Planetarium and the Rochester Science Museum. There is a great exhibit; Our Body – The Universe Within which will be available for us to see, it is a little expensive at $19 for the planetarium and the museum but will be well worth it. Remember, you have scout dollars if you have raised over $200 in fundraising and you can use the money to pay for the trip, or save it for summer camp and other events later in the year. We will be leaving around 8:30am from the FCC parking lot and returning around 8:00pm, drop off arrangements to be finalized. If you would like to go, maybe bring a friend who is interested in scouting, confirm to your patrol leader ASAP. Total Cost of the trip is $30 and you will need a bag lunch and money to buy dinner afterwards (we typically stop for pizza or similar). For more information please contact Mike Thompson 273-4927 or e-mail  mot1@cornell.edu

Dues are now overdue!

If you have not already done so, please send your dues payment of $35 to treasurer, Tony Brock, 321 Blackstone Ave, Ithaca, NY 14850. If your scout has not raised over $200 in fundraising sales then a second payment of $35 will be due the first week in January. If you have any questions, please contact Tony Brock tbrock@virtualcash.biz or call 257-8776.
