Holiday wreath fundraiser

The wreath fundraiser is finished today, October 23rd. If you have not handed in all your orders then please contact Mrs. Tiwari as soon as possible. Your customer orders will be due for collection from Mrs. Tiwari on November 19 (1:00 - 5:00 PM) and 20 (8:45 - 9:45 PM) and ALL monies are due no later than Monday, December 4th. Backpacking campout
We will be going on a two night campout in the Connecticut Hill area November 3, 4 and 5th. If you are interested in going then you should confirm with your patrol leader as soon as possible. We will assemble for departure from the parking lot at FCC on Friday 3,  please be there at 5:00PM. Expect cold weather (warm coat, hat and gloves) and make sure you bring spare clothing in case you get wet. Pack any spare clothes in plastic bags to keep them dry. Avoid denim jeans and cotton, wear wool if possible, polyester and other man made materials will dry faster than cotton and keep you warmer. Fall Court of Honor 

 

Once again, our scouts, adult leaders, parents and siblings met to celebrate the troops' achievements in Scouting. Refreshments were provided by the scouts and pictures can be seen on our photos pages. Thanks to all concerned, particularly Jery and Robin Stedinger, Mark Tate and Tim Nord for their constant support and encouragement, David Kuckuk, Luke Landherr, Tom Caswell, Dan Ophardt and Jeremy Tagliaferre for all their wonderful work with the program. Special thanks are due to Mari Tiwari and the troop committee, particularly Rick Grossman for all his work with the merit badge program.

 

After many years as Scoutmaster and then ASM, Ben Brown has now become our unit commissioner and so can no longer serve as an assistant scoutmaster with Troop 2. Our special thanks go out to Ben, we would not be where we are now without you!
